- Local Shipping (Within Pakistan):
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-3 business days.
Shipping rates vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Exact shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your package arrives on time and in good condition. Our shipping partners include but are not limited to:
- TCS
- Leopard Courier
- Daewoo Express
For larger items or bulk orders, we may use specialized freight services. You will be notified in advance if such services are necessary for your order.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected:
- Local Deliveries (Pakistan):
- Major Cities: 1-3 business days
- Rural Areas: 3-7 business days
Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as public holidays, carrier delays, or weather conditions. Red Tech Gaming Store is not responsible for delays caused by these factors.
5. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your package online. You can use this link to get real-time updates on the status of your delivery.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
- International Shipping: Currently, we only offer shipping within Pakistan. International shipping options will be made available in the future.
7. Order Issues
Lost or Delayed Shipments

Damaged or Incorrect Items

8. Order Modifications
- If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may not be able to modify or cancel the order as it may already be processed or shipped.
9. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts
- If the courier is unable to deliver your package due to incorrect address information or if no one is available to receive the package, a reattempt will be made. If the second delivery attempt fails, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
10. Shipping for PC Builds
For custom PC builds:
- Pickup Option: Customers have the option to pick up their custom-built PC from our store within 3 hours after order confirmation, following the payment of a 10% advance.
- Delivery Option: We offer shipping for custom-built PCs within Pakistan. Shipping charges will depend on the size and weight of the PC and will be calculated at checkout.
